Not the best experience 29 MAY2025. I came in to wash my clothes. After washing, I wanted to dry my clothes and noticed the dryers were pretty dirty. I asked the employee nicely if she could open the filter area with the key so I could clean it out before using it. Her response was, “No, that’s not that bad,” and then just walked off without saying anything else. Honestly, it felt rude and like she didn’t care. I don’t expect anything fancy, but at least let the machines be clean and don’t dismiss customers when they’re trying to be respectful. With this place already not being an "oh wow" location, adding this attitude to the service just drops it from a 3.5 to 2 stars. Go have a better experience else where.

Staff very friendly and helpful. It was very clean and all the washers and dryers are new and top of the line. My clothes came out so beautiful. I will definitely recommend this laundromat.

I wash my clothes here occasionally and they always come out like new. Staff is great and the store is bright and clean.

most of the time the machines and dryers are working and available. I like the long hours of operation they offer. only a few times I felt my clothes didn't come out clean due to low water pressure not because I of over loading.

Went twice to this place to do laundry and this place is filthy. Had to step out because the amount of dust all over the place. For me to start sneezing and coughing, it had to be a significant amount of dust. For having the name "best laundromat" they need to set their standards higher. Staff was nice no issues there. Just need to clean the place up.
